We strive to improve the quality of life for children and youth in need by providing educational opportunities, inspiring activities, engaging experiences, and resources, that empower children and youth for future success, in the communities of Hastings, Northumberland and Prince Edward Counties.

Programs available for EVERYONE in the community.

Reach for Success

Offer bursaries & scholarships to youth pursuing post-secondary education. In addition, TCF presents awards to youth in care who have demonstrated growth over the course of a year.

Playing for Keeps

Offers funding for sports & activities including music, arts etc.

Camps of Hope

Offers funding for camps of any kind including both day camps and overnight camps.

Strive to Thrive

Offers funding for classes, care packages & resource booklets.

Angel Tree

Offers holiday support to families without the means to purchase holiday gifts.

Programs specifically offered to those who are in the CARE OF LOCAL SERVICE WORKERS.

Helping Hands

Offers pre/post natal support to mothers in need.

Safe Baby Sleep

Offers support in the form of cribs and mattresses as a means of promoting sleep safety.
