HSCA
Angel Tree

We’re sure you’ll agree that some of the fondest childhood memories come from celebrations with family and friends.  Gathering for a meal, the feeling of excitement in anticipation of Santa, and the surprises on Christmas morning all make up the magic of the holidays.

About the HSCA Angel Tree

Get ready to be a part of something truly special with The Children's Foundation as we kick off our annual Angel Tree program for our HSCA family.

This festive season, we are thrilled to offer Christmas packages, each valued at around $125 per child, filled with delightful toys, cozy pajamas, and a generous gift card if permits.

At the heart of this program lies the incredible generosity of our donors and communities. As we embark on this heartwarming journey, the level of support we can provide will be determined by the success of our fundraising efforts. Rest assured, we are committed to doing everything we can to make children's wish lists come true and bring boundless joy on Christmas morning.

Join us in making a difference this Christmas by spreading the magic to children associated with Highland Shores Children's Aid during these challenging times for their families. Together, let's create unforgettable Christmas memories and ensure the enchantment of the season touches every child's heart.

Ways you can help

1. Monetary Donation.  Your contribution will enable the purchase of essential items and gifts for children in need.  With a budget of approximately $100-$125 per child, any amount is helpful and will ensure that every child who is registered for assistance has a gift on Christmas morning.   Your cash donation qualifies for a charitable tax receipt in the full amount. Donate here (button using the link directly below)

2. Host a Toy or Gift Card Drive. We welcome donations of new, unwrapped toys or can use gift cards to purchase toys on your behalf (grocery store, Toys R Us, Walmart, etc).  Get your corporate team or your neighbourhood together!  Set a box in the office foyer.  You’ll be amazed how it fills up!

3. Select a child to shop for. As applications are received, individual wish lists will be made available.  Let us know if you want to personalize your shopping experience.
